The roofing crew was very organized and was committed to complete the roof project in a timely manner. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the roofing job and were very friendly and responded to our questions. Andy Atkinson was the Project Manager and came to observe the project at least three times during the day and returned when the project was over to do a final inspection. Excellent work from start to finish. I had a leak in my roof that was damaging the ceiling in my kitchen. I had previously hired a roofing contractor from Topeka who came out, went on the roof, charged me, but never fixed the problem. I was worried about having to start this process over again. From the moment Austin came out to look at the roof my mind was at ease. We discussed the situation, Austin examined the roof and was able to tell and show me what my problem was. My repair was scheduled within a couple of days and when AJ came out to perform the work the professionalism continued. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and work I received. “Judy and I are thrilled with our new roof that Easton Roofing installed for us after we had weather damage to our roof on our home at Hidden Valley outside of Peculiar, Missouri.
Our home has a very steep pitch and many angles. The roofing crew worked many long hours and in some trying positions to make sure the roof was not only completed correctly but in as timely of manner as possible.
Our Sales representative, Randy Daugherty spend an great deal of time and effort with the Insurance Adjuster to not only help the adjuster be safe while on our roof, but also make sure that all the damage was noted. Randy also made sure that all details were handled during the removal of old shingles, replacement of damaged sheathing and reinstallation of a beautiful new roof. He insured that the construction crew had all the materials they needed on a daily basis, and that clean up and completion was perfect.
During any roofing job I understand that damage can be incurred to guttering, etc. Easton Roofing made sure that any damage was replaced with new materials of equal quality.
